Helf and Solomon win primaries and head to general election

Republican Senator Gideon Helf and Democratic Senator Bennett Solomon won their respective primaries last Friday, setting up a general election between the two candidates on Monday.
Helf won the Republican primary with around 46% of the vote, with Senator Mizuki Brent in second place with 37.5%. Senator Logan Glazier came in third. In the Democratic primary, Solomon earned around 54% of the vote, Senator Ali Hammoud came in second with 33%, and Senator Grace Cabral came in third.
